Fees are due and payable at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Health Savings Accounts may be used to cover the cost of the visit. Some Michigan health plans cover acupuncture. The cost of herbs and supplements is not included in the cost of your visit. We will issue you a superbill form and receipt to assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company upon request. Most companies do not reimburse for acupuncture, nutritional or herbal supplements, but because each individual health insurance policy is different we suggest you contact your insurance agent to find out what your policy will cover.
Cancellation Policy
Please give our office at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to make your appointment. Appointments cancelled without proper notice will be charged an honor system cancellation fee of $20.
